Lulama Longa (MPRE): Real Estate Agent

I am a goal-oriented and growth-focused professional with a strong track record in the real estate industry. My career commenced in 2015 as an Intern Real Estate Agent at Harcourts Maxima Real Estate, where I laid the groundwork for my professional development.

I hold a Bachelor of Accounting Science degree from the University of South Africa. and I have received equivalency exemptions for both the Further Education and Training Certificate: Real Estate (NQF 4) and the National Certificate: Real Estate (NQF 5) from the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority. (formerly known as the Estate Agency Affairs Board). Additionally, I possess a Fidelity Fund Certificate with Principal status.

My training in real estate was conducted entirely at Harcourts Maxima Real Estate. Culminating in my successful completion of the Estate Agency Affairs Board Professional Designation Exam (PDE 4) in May 2017. This achievement allowed me to qualify as a Professional Practitioner in Real Estate. Enabling me to use the designation PPRE after my name.

In January 2019, I made a strategic decision to resign from Harcourts Maxima to explore new developments and further my growth within the industry. Subsequently, I established my own agency, Merls Properties, which is registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority. Currently serving as Principal Agent, I have also attained qualification as a Master Practitioner in Real Estate. And qualified to use the designation MPRE.

My ambition is to excel within the real estate market while providing clients with an exceptional standard of service. To realize this vision. I am committed to exceeding expectations for both buyers and sellers alike, thereby achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
